    Do I need A BER to market my property?

    It is a legal requirement to have a BER before the property is marketed for sale or rent. Failure to do so can result in a fine and you will not be able to complete on the sale until a certificate is produced.


    How does the order process work?

    If you are looking to have a BER completed then you firstly need to get a non-obligation quote by calling us on 01 901 0114 or clicking here.
    Once you've received a quote, if you are happy for us to proceed we will send our local energy assessor around to the property. They will conduct a visual inspection to see how energy efficient the property is and then a report will be sent to you within 3 working days after the property visit.


    What does it cost?

    Prices for a domestic BER start at €89 and €250 for commercial BER's.


    What areas do you cover?

    We have 350+ Irish assessors throughout the whole of Ireland meaning we will always have someone local to you and can cover every property.


    How long does it take?
    We guarantee a property visit within 3 working days. We are normally at the property for about an hour and the report is sent through to you via email within 24 hours after the visit.
